Go to the wedding calendar, and tap on the red ribbon with '+' at the top right hand corner.

This will prompt you to enter the new wedding details such as name and gender of couple, contact details, and the currency you'd like to use to plan this wedding.

Important note that once you create the wedding, the gender and the currency cannot be changed.
