Your feed are automatically updated everytime you start Capture 365 Journal. If you want to manually update the feeds as well, go to Feeds and pull down to refresh.

Activating a Feed

Go to the Menu -> Feeds and enable the feed.

Getting more Feeds

Instagram and Twitter are avaible as in-app purchases. More feeds will be coming soon.
