You can customise the template messages by going to application Settings -> Companies -> Statement Settings.

macOS

You can customise the statement template messages such as the terms, general message (shown on the bottom left corner) and the header of the statement. To customise these settings, go to File -> Preferences and select the “Statement” tab.
