My Bluetooth device is not listed
Please ensure that your bluetooth device is currently connected to your device and turned on. This will allow it to show up in Travel Logs.
If the bluetooth device is just paired but not switched on and connected, it will not display under the available devices. So you may need to be in your vehicle while setting this up.
Certain bluetooth devices have multiple points of connection, such as bluetooth hands-free (telephone mode) or bluetooth audio (for listening to music). Travel Logs will only detect if it is on hands-free (telephone mode).Tags: bluetooth
