Go to the application settings and scroll down to the “Backup & Restore” section. Tap on “Restore From a Backup”. Select your backup file and press restore.

Mac

Go to the application preferences and select the sectioned tab titled “Backup & Restore” section. Tap on “Restore From a Backup”. Select your backup file and press restore.
