When managing a budget for an event, the amount you ‘estimated’ initially to spend for this specific category may not be the same as the ‘actual’ cost in the end. We have allowed users a flexible field where they can enter in an estimated amount for the budgeted category, as well as a field where they can track the actual costs. This allows them to later review whether you have over-estimated or under-estimated the costs for this budgeted category.
Note: Changing the total budget will not affect any of your estimated or actual costs entered. Only the suggestion/guide amounts will change to help you better manage the total event budget.
